Never answer their phones. Called all 3 locations over 40 times total trying to get test results that they were supposed to have yesterday but didn't. Waited over an hour. Staff said they emailed record people. I asked if they could call record people. She says no. So ui Googled and called and talked myself with record people. Left after 1 hour more of waiting. Doctor or staff were supposed to call with results. Never did saying we never got them. So I spent the muting calling all 3 locations trying to get an answer no exaggeration 30 phone calls later still no answer. So went by and explained my situation and still no results in. I asked about the calling situation and they looked confused. I called while standing there and the phone rings. I exclaimed "OMG the phone are wiring! " a nurse there and a patient in the waiting room says to me this happens all the time. I will be addressing this with Doctors and office manager today!

I had an appointment with Dr. Bolen yesterday. I drove 2 hours to meet with him after making an appointment and waiting in daily excruciating pain. He barely gave me 10 minutes of his time, asked me very few questions and threw me a new drug to take without discussing what could be causing the issue, options of treatment, etc. He then rudely opened the door, while I was still talking, and walked out. He was disrespectful and unprofessional. His staff did try to make up for his unacceptable behavior, however there is no explanation for this type of treatment. I DO NOT recommend waisting your time here.

I received Botox shots from Dr. Kelly. He took no time at all to forcefully put the shots into my forehead and neck leaving me with bruising and Spock brows which I then had to have fixed by another Dr. When I tried to speak to Dr. Kelly about how I didn’t think he was injecting me correctly and something didn’t feel right, he told me “he’s been doing this for 20+ years so why don’t I wait and see how it turns out.” I complained to the front desk after my appt with the doctor and they said the only thing they could do is put me with the nurse practitioner. I then sent two additional emails in regards to how u happy I was with the services after receiving feedback requests from the office. I never heard back from anyone. This is scraping the surface of the awful treatment received at this clinic. Also as a disclaimer, if they tell you your treatment is covered - do your due diligence to find out from your insurance co. yourself bc they will say things are covered and then later tell you they are not.

I've called repeatedly to try and make an initial appointment. I've left at least 5 voicemails and I did one online appointment request using their website. I received one call back and I unfortunately missed that call. I've since called back at least twice more and left messages. Perhaps they're not taking on new patients?? If so, please state that on your recording / website. I've asked my provider for a referral to another office since this is clearly a red flag for how they manage their practice.
